QUESTIONNAIRE
& PREP
Before we begin, you’ll complete a short questionnaire to capture your style and key details about your business. It’s simple to work through, with prompts to guide you and support if you need it.

Intro & Website Strategy CALLs
There’s a 1-hour intro call going over your answers, to ensure I fully understand you and your business. Next, a 1-hour strategy call to discuss goals and aims for your website.

BRANDING
& COPY
We'll unveil your brand direction for the first time — colours, fonts, logo and visuals, all brought to life — plus draft copy for your site. Give your honest reaction and we'll refine from there. One round of revisions included.

FIRST DRAFT & FEEDBACK
I get started building, paying close attention to the information we’ve gathered, your vibe and our agreed goals for your website. We’ll have a one-hour session to review and I’ll gather all your feedback.

REVISIONS & FINAL DRAFT
I’ll go through your site making the agreed revisions, tweaking, perfecting and checking everything also looks great on mobile. We’ll have a final one-hour session to do the big reveal and make any final small changes, then… we go live!

HANDOVER
& LAUNCH
We’ll do a handover session where I’ll teach you the basics of Squarespace, enabling you to make updates and changes whenever you fancy. You’ll also get two weeks of email support after you launch.

Nope! My entire process is designed for exactly this; we’ll figure everything out together and I’ll guide you through it every step of the way. I’ll help you figure out website strategy, the vibe you want, your message and anything else we need to know.

One page, done brilliantly, beats five pages done half-heartedly every time. Most visitors don't click through to separate tabs anyway — they scroll. A well-structured single page takes your visitor on a clear journey through your whole story without them losing the thread. You'll have everything a potential client needs to say yes: who you are, what you do, proof it works, and how to get in touch. It's a deliberate choice, not a shortcut — and for most small service businesses, it genuinely works better.

£830 due day 1 of your build
£830 due launch day, when I’ll transfer website ownership over to you

I’ll cover the first year of your Squarespace Core Business Plan as a thank you bonus — this also gives you the first year domain hosting free of charge* and a free year of a custom business email through Google Workspace**.
After the first year, you’ll need to cover your subscription, hosting and custom email.
Any extra paid services, custom fonts, paid plug-ins etc would be covered by you. I’ll always agree any paid services with you in advance and advise of costs before moving forwards.

This is a five-day package once your build slot arrives.
Before your build slot, we have two planning calls: a 1-hour intro call and a 1-hour website strategy call.& There’s a questionnaire about you and your business that needs to be completed before the calls take place.

In short, yes! If you already have branding, we can use your existing assets and refine anything that needs it. If you don’t currently have branding, I can create a colour palette, simple text-based logo and choose fonts that will work well for your vibe.

Yes! If you’ve got brand photos you’d like to use, we’ll use those and I can tie them in with your site. If you don’t currently have photos, I’ll gather thoughtfully curated stock imagery that works with the rest of your brand.

I predominantly work in Squarespace. I’ve built and supported websites here for years, so I know how to get you the strongest results within Squarespace. It’s also a reliable platform with solid support — and once your site is live, it gives you the flexibility to make day-to-day updates yourself if you’d like, without needing to rely on a developer.
